Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates vary depending on weight and location.
All of our items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 1-3 business days of purchase and include insurance. Please make sure the shipping address used is verified and error-free. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email no later than 5 business days after purchase. We cannot track your package for you, once the package is released to the courier we have no control over how long it may take to be delivered. Any delivery times described on our website or social sites is an estimated time given by the shipping companies to us and is not a definite time of arrival. Delivery time depends on the location of where the package is being delivered to. During the holidays, or high volume times the mail courier's can be delayed.

CUSTOMS AND EXCEPTIONS
All international orders shipped through FedEx or UPS require a signature upon receipt. Most countries can choose Economy or Priority options. Note that the carrier does not consider weekends and holidays business days.
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariff, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable taxes or value limit in order to clear customs.
Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
Packages are not picked up by the recipient.
Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of your parcel box and items both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with the shipping currier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

Lost or Stolen Policy
If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Cauldron Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim we cannot issue a refund but may be able to offer a store credit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most sales are final and there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
We fully disclose the condition that the items are in prior to your purchase. We are happy to help you in the purchase of your item and we strongly encourage our customers to become familiar with the items they want to purchase, so there is no buyers remorse after the purchase.
