Lavender Rose Hibiscus Oatmeal Milk Bath Salt Benefits

Bath Salts have long been used as an easy way to treat mental and physical ailments. Bath salts are easily dissolved in warm bath water and used for everything from stress relief to aches and pains. So fill up your tub, pour one of these shots in, submerge and enjoy the benefits of these beautiful and soothing elixirs.

These bath salt shots are handcrafted by me with natural ingredients and tons of prosperous intent. I use herbs and flowers from my garden and yard when possible and source the rest from local farmers. I have chosen this particular mixture of natural ingredients to help refreshen your skin and soothe your muscles. If you would like to read more about each of the ingredients, take a look at some of the individual properties below. I chose to not include essential oils in this blend so it can be used by everyone including those with extra sensitive skin.

Bath Spell Work and Rituals

Cleansing Bath Ritual

A simple cleansing bath ritual is a great way to get rid of negative energies and soothe your mind and body. It can bring you back to a state of mind that is ready to manifest your amazing self again at full throttle.

Instructions:

  1. Fill up your tub with warm water

  2. As the tip fills, prepare your space by cleansing the area with Palo Santo, Sage, or any other herb of your choosing. You can also light an incense stick and leave it for the duration of your bath ritual.

  3. You can put up music and set up crystals along the edge of your tub or floor. I suggest using water safe crystals for this.

  4. Now that your tub is almost full to where you want it, throw in your bath salt shot into the water and say a few words to put out your intent onto the universe. Saying your intent is optional :) Do it if it feels right.

  5. Once you have let your elixir steep for a bit and your water has turned a pale pink, its time to descend into the water like the goddess you are.

  6. Enjoy your bath and meditate.

That's it! It's a simple and effective way to cleanse yourself with a bath ritual.

I hope these bath salt blends bring you an amazing bath experience. You can use them in conjunction with spell work to get rid of negative energies, cleanse and so much more. Remember that spell work can always be modified to suit your needs. Even though this blend contains many amazing herbs and salts, if you are wanting to focus your energy into just a few, it can still be used and help achieve the manifestations you seek. Witchcraft's most important tool is YOU :)
