Herbal Tea - Lavender Vanilla Chai

Black Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Green Cardamom Pods, Allspice, Cloves, Lavender Buds, Black Pepper, Natural Flavor

1. Boil water

2. Use 1/2 to 1 tbsp of tea for every cup of water

3. Put your tea into a ball infuser and place inside your cup

4. Pour hot water over the tea and let steep for 5-10 minutes to allow for releasing the oils in the herbs. This can vary depending on your strength preference.

5. Pour, drink, and feel better

Herbs can be infused up to three times.
